Disconnect the battery charger from the mains supply when not
using it for longer periods.
f Protect the battery charger against moisture!
Observe the notes for disposal.
Changing the Tool (see figure B)
f Do not use double-sided screwdriver blades that are
longer than 25 mm.
Insert the screwdriver bit 1 directly into the tool holder 2.
Operation
Starting Operation
Reversing the Rotational Direction
The rotational direction switch 9 is used to reverse the rotational
direction of the machine. However, this is not possible with the
On/Off switch 8 actuated.
Right rotation: For driving in screws, push the rotational direc-
tion switch 9 left to the stop.
The indicator for right rotation 3 lights up when the On/Off
switch 8 is actuated and the motor is running.
Left Rotation: For loosening or unscrewing screws, push the
rotational direction switch 9 right to the stop.
The indicator for left rotation 5 lights up when the On/Off
switch 8 is actuated and the motor is running.
Setting the Torque
With the thumbwheel for torque preselection 6, the required
torque can be preselected in 6 steps. The inserted tool is stopped
as soon as the set torque is reached.
