To drive in a screw, press the front part of the On/Off switch (right-hand/
left-hand rotation) 7 towards the hexagon collet.
To drive out a screw, press the rear part of the On/Off switch (right-hand/
left-hand rotation) 7 towards the back end of the machine/battery.
For switching off, release the On/Off switch (right-hand/left-hand rota-
tion) 7.
■ Apply the power tool to the screw only when it is switched off.
Rotating tool inserts can slip off.
Lighting
The light 8 lets you illuminate the screwing location in case of unfavour-
able lighting conditions.
By turning the lighting ring 2, the light 8 can be switched on or off.
Angular Adjustment (see figure )
The screwdriver head can be locked in 4 different angular positions.
Press the switch lever 4 to the rear for this and adjust the required angu-
lar position. Afterwards, release the switch lever again.
■ To avoid injuries, check if the screwdriver head is locked in the re-
spective angular position before starting operation.
The machine is maintenance-free.
The storage location must be dry and frost-free.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in manufacturing and
testing procedures, repair should be carried out by an authorized after-
sales service agent for Bosch power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please always include the
10-digit article number given on the nameplate of the machine.
Power tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environ-
mental-friendly recycling.
