Why my Bosch Rotak 36 LI won't start?
- MMichelle AllisonAug 14, 2025
If your Bosch Lawn Mower fails to operate, several factors could be the cause. It might be due to a possible clogging. To resolve this, remove the isolator key and check underneath the garden product, clearing out any obstructions as necessary, and always wear gardening gloves. Alternatively, the battery may not be fully charged, properly inserted, or it could be too hot or cold. Grass that is too long can also prevent operation; in this case, increase the height of cut and tilt the garden product to reduce the starting load. If the motor protector has activated, allow the motor to cool and increase the height of cut. Ensure the isolator key is correctly fitted. There may also be a short delay, so hold the On/Off switch for 1 – 3 seconds to start the motor.
