11.1 Damage to glass and
dishware
Only put glasses and china in the
dishwasher if they are labeled
dishwasher-safe. Avoid damage
to glass and dishware.

dishware

The chemical
composition of
the detergent
causes dam-
age.
Use a deter-
gent labeled as
gentle to
dishes.
Cause Recommenda-
tion
Highly caustic
alkaline or
highly acidic
cleaning solu-
tions, in partic-
ular commer-
cial or industrial
cleaners, are
not safe to use
in the dish-
washer with
aluminum.
If you use
highly caustic
alkaline or

cleaning solu-

cial or industrial
cleaners, do
not put any-
thing aluminum
in the dish-
washer.
The water tem-
perature of the
cycle is too
high.

11.2 Loading dishware
Arrange dishware correctly to opti-
mize the dishwashing result and
prevent damage to both dishware
and the appliance. The noise level
may also vary depending on the
items placed in your dishwasher.
NOTICE:
Avoid dishwasher damage
▶ Do not load the dishwasher
with paper products, plastic
bags, packing materials or any-
thing other than normal, dish-
washer safe dishware and
kitchenware.
