Starting Operation
For Your Safety
u Warning! Switch off, remove the isolator switch and
the battery before adjusting or cleaning. The same ap-
plies when the cable to the switch in the handle is
damaged, cut or entangled.
u The blade continues to rotate for a few seconds after
the machine is switched off.
u Caution: Do not touch the rotating blade.
u Use only the chargers listed in the technical data. Only
these chargers are matched to the lithium-ion batteries of
your product.
Charging the Batteries
The batteries are equipped with temperature monitoring
that allows charging only in the temperature range between
0 °C and 35 °C. In this manner, high batteries service life are
achieved.
Note: The batteries are supplied partially charged. To ensure
full batteries capacity, completely charge the batteries in the
battery charger before using for the first time.
