Faults and what to do about them.
Display Cause/remedial action
YES The washing machine door is unlocked. It is possible to add laundry.
NO ■ Temperature too high. Wait until the temperature drops.
■ Water level too high. Not possible to add laundry. Close the washing machine
door immediately, if necessary. Select Start/Reload to continue the pro-
gramme.
NO flashes ■ Wait until YES + ¼ light up.
■ Note: Do not open the washing machine door until both the symbols YES + ¼
light up.
F:16 Close the washing machine door properly; washing may be trapped.
F:17 ■ Turn the water tap on fully,
■ Supply hose kinked or trapped,
■ Water pressure too low. Clean the filter. ~ Page 25
F:18 ■ Detergent solution pump blocked. Clean the detergent solution pump.
