Faults and what to do about them.
Drum care
information:
This instruction reminds you to carry out the Drum Clean 90 °C programme
or a 60 °C programme to clean and care for the drum and the outer tub.
Notes
Run the programme without laundry.
Use washing powder or a detergent containing bleach. To prevent foaming,
only use half the amount of detergent recommended by the detergent
manufacturer. Do not use detergents designed for woollens or delicates.

Switch off the appliance, wait for five seconds and then switch it on again. If the
display appears again, call the after-sales service.
Faults Cause/remedy
Water is leaking from the
appliance.
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.
Tighten the threaded joint on the inlet hose.
The appliance is not filling
with water.
Have you pressed the A button?
Is the tap turned on?
Could the filter be clogged? Clean the filter.
Is the inlet hose kinked or trapped?
The dispenser is empty
and the fill level indicator
is not flashing.

Has the detergent drawer been pushed in correctly? Insert correctly.

The wrong detergent/
fabric softener has been
poured into the
dispenser(s).
Dispenser(s):
1. Empty and clean.

opened.

Not a fault – the internal motor test may cause the drum to jerk or judder briefly
when the wash programme starts.
