What to do if my Bose QUIETCOMFORT 35 Headphone does not connect with a Bluetooth device?

If your Bose Headphone isn't connecting via Bluetooth, try these steps: Ensure that both the back-up audio cable and the USB charging cable are disconnected. On your Bluetooth device, toggle the Bluetooth off and on, and then remove and re-pair your Bose QuietComfort headphones. Bring your Bluetooth device closer to the headphones, away from obstructions. Test by pairing a different Bluetooth device. As a last resort, clear the headphone pairing list by sliding and holding for 10 seconds, then re-pair your Bose QuietComfort headphones.
