  If sound is coming from only one of your Bose speakers, try these steps: 1. Center the balance control on your receiver/amplifier. 2. Ensure that the positive and negative terminals on the receiver/amplifier aren't touching. 3. Disconnect and reconnect the speaker wire to a different channel on the receiver/amplifier. 4. Check the speaker wire connection to the speaker, ensuring the positive and negative terminals aren't touching. 5. Test the speaker by connecting it to another speaker wire. If it works, replace the original wire.
