  If you've connected the catheter cable to the Boston Scientific Controller but see no video image, try these steps: * Power up the video monitor and ensure it's properly connected to both the monitor and the controller. * Verify the monitor is set to the correct video input. * Ensure the catheter cable is firmly inserted into the connector with the locking tab facing up, and that the connection terminals are dry and clean. * Replace the SpyScope™ DS Catheter if it is broken or defective. * Press the illumination light button to turn on the light. The light On/Off button should be illuminated blue.

  If the catheter connection cable is plugged into the Boston Scientific Controller, but the cable connection screen remains, ensure the catheter cable is firmly inserted into the connector with the locking tab facing up and that the connection terminals are dry and clean. If the issue persists, the SpyScope DS Catheter may be broken or defective and require replacement.
