a) Attach Cart Left Side Panel (19) and Cart Right Side Panel (20) onto the
Cart Bottom Panel (14) and secure with three screws (A) on each panel as
shown in the diagram.
Attach Cart Back Panel (21) between Cart Left Side Panel (19) and Cart Right Side
Panel (20) with two screws (B) on each side as shown in the diagram.
