(360 degree) equals 20 pulses. Can be ten times 10 x

-999 to +999. Not recommend to set this code if
output accuracy is normal. if it must be set, this
function is only for professionals.
* Before entering into F002 parameters setting status, user must rotate the knob to enter password: + - - +
