Why does my brim SW30 beep 3 times and not start?

  The brim Coffee Maker might beep three times and not start brewing if the tray configuration is incorrect. For example, this can happen if the tray is down and the “my carafe” button is pressed. To resolve this: * To brew a carafe, replace the drip tray cover inside the tray assembly, close it to the vertical position, fill the water and the coffee, then press 'my carafe'. * To brew a cup, press the button on the side to release the tray, put the mug on the drip tray cover, fill the water and the coffee, then press 'my cup'. * To brew a tall mug, press the button on the side to release the tray, remove the drip tray cover, replace the tray back to the vertical position, place the drip tray cover on the heating plate, then press 'my cup'.

  If your brim Coffee Maker beeps three times and doesn't start brewing, it might be because the tray was accidentally open during brewing in 'my carafe' mode. To fix this, replace the tray in the vertical position, then replace the carafe under the check valve.
