File Split
If you need to save video files as individual days of footage turn File Split "On".
At preview screen, press “MENU” to access settings.
Press “INFO” to go down to Advanced and press “OK” to enter
Advanced settings.
Select “File split” and press “OK” to enter file split settings.
Select “On (daily)” to save daily files or “Off (continue)” to combine
multiple days of footage for your time lapse and press “OK” to save.
After saving, you will return to Advanced menu settings.
Press “MENU” button to return to main menu, and press again to
return to preview screen.

Regardless of File Split settings, the maximum file size is 500mb. Once size limit
is reached, camera will add a new AVI file and continue recording.
