Solution
Recharge your brush overnight. Make sure the charging light is
illuminated when the brush is placed on the charger. Remove
from charger when the charging light has started blinking.
A slight tingling/tickling sensation is normal for new users of
sonic toothbrushes. This sensation will diminish quickly with
continued use.
Remove and re-attach brush head to handle, being sure to
push down rmly.
The brush may need recharging. Place on the charger until
the charge light indicates a full charge by ashing.
