Securing the Porsche Comfy sleep rest
The belt holder clip (fig. I, 7) on the Porsche Zoom must be
attached to the retaining bracket (fig. II, 5) of the sleep rest. To
do this, fold the Porsche Comfy sleep rest forward and attach belt
clip (fig. Ill, 7) to the retainin bracket (fig. Ill, 5). Now pull the belt

Adjusting the height of the Porsche Comfy sleep rest
Undo the cover zipper, push in the “PRESS” button (fig. Ill, 31 and
lift the Porsche Comfy sleep rest lower bracket up and out of the
locking holes. Insert again at the required height (belt guide loop
at the height of the child’s shoulder (fig. IV)). Then push down
and slide the bracket until the lower bracket fingers engage the
sleep rest and the “PRESS” button (fig. fll,3) pops up and en

securely connected to the back rest before zipping up the cover.
Securing the child
Place the Zoom and Comfy combination on the seat. Guide the

Care and maintenance
Children
who have outgrown child seats often miss their lateral
support, particularly on tong journeys. The Porsche Comfy sleep
rest provide this comfort in conjunction with the Porsche Zoom
child booster seat. It has been tested and approved for use with
this system.
Remove the cloth
covering by unzipping and lifting upwards. Wash
carefully in a mild deter ent and warm water (30” C) and hang to
dry. Do
not
spin or machine dry.

Instructions on installation and use
Please read through these instructions carefully before using the
Porsche Comfy sleep rest. The Porsche Comfy sleep rest IS
sultable for children between the ages of 4 and 12 or weighing
between 37 and 100 lb (17 and 45 kg).

The Porsche Comfy sleep rest only provides effective
protection when it is used and installed properly in conjunction
with the Porsche Zoom booster seat in accordance with these
instructions and those for the Porsche Zoom booster seat.
The Porsche Comfy sleep rest should always be used In the car
on the rear seat (when possible) and in conjunctIon with a lap and
shoulder belt. It may also be used on the front passenger seat.
Please pay attention to the special notes when used In coqunchon
with a front passenger alrbag (see Porsche Zoom InstructIons and
your vehicle Owners Manual).

a proved in accordance with the requirements of US Federal

otor Vehicle Safety Standard 213 governing child safety

Installing the Comfy sleep rest on
the Zoom booster seat

No modifications may be made to the Porsche Comfy sleep
rest.
Fold open the fabric tabs over the holes on the rear end of the
Porsche Zoom (fig. I). Lower the Comfy sleep rest so that the
plug-in connectors (fl
receptacles (fig. II, 2

II, 1) engage In the Zoom booster seat
and lock in position. “Locking in” of the
Comfy sleep rest may be enhanced by inserttng the snap wedges
along the plug-in connectors between the connectors and the seat
receptacles (fig. V, 9).
