Installation and wiring must be done by qualified persons per codes and standards.

Ducted fans must always be vented to the outdoors for proper operation.
Acceptable for use over tub/shower when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
This unit must be properly grounded to ensure electrical safety.
For general ventilating use only; do not exhaust hazardous or explosive materials.
Designed for ceilings up to 12/12 pitch; duct connector must point up. DO NOT MOUNT IN A WALL.
Keep drywall spray, construction dust, etc., off the power unit to prevent damage.
