CLEANING THE DIFFUSER
Important: Always turn off the device and unplug the electrical power before
cleaning the device. Never use a sharp object to clean it.
• Empty the water tank before wiping it out using a clean and soft damp cloth. You
can use a gentle detergent if needed. Always rinse and dry well before using the
device again or storing it.
• To clean the ultrasonic oscillator at the bottom of the water tank when needed
(see TROUBLESHOOTING on Page 9), use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The power-on light
does not go on and
the diffuser does not
work.
The diffuser is not
properly connected to the
electric outlet.
Check all plugs. Put the plug
in the wall socket correctly
and then switch on the
Aromatherapy Diffuser.
The power-on light is
on, the fan works, but
no mist comes out of
the mist outlet.
The water tank is empty
or the water level is too
low.
Fill the water tank with more
water.
The diffuser produces
an unpleasant smell.
The water in the water
tank is not clean or has
been left in the water
tank for too long.
Clean the water tank as
described on Page 8 and
replace the water in the tank.
The power-on light
is on but the diffuser
does not work.
There is too much water
in the water tank.
Pour some water out of
the water tank to reach
appropriate level.
The diffuser does not
produce enough mist.
There is dirt on the
oscillator. The water
might also be dirty or left
for too long in the tank.
Clean the water tank as
described on Page 8, then
fill with fresh water.
The diffuser makes a
strange noise when
it is on.
The water level is too low
or the diffuser is sitting
on an unstable surface.
Make sure there is enough
water in the water tank.
Place the diffuser on a
smooth, flat and stable
surface.
