PROBLEM SOLUTION
The unit will not turn
on or play music.
Unit powers on but the
volume doesn’t work.
I have fresh batteries in the
unit, and the BATTERY MODE
ON/OFF switch is “ON” but
the unit still will not turn on.
Make sure you have the BATTERY MODE
ON/OFF switch OFF when you are using
AC and ON when you are using the batteries
to run the unit.
The battery power may be low.
Replace the batteries.
Make sure the outlet you have the AC
ADAPTER plugged in to has power.
When the battery is extremely low,
the volume is not functional. Replace
the batteries or use AC ADAPTER.
Make sure you have disconnected the
AC ADAPTER from the DC IN JACK.
If the AC ADAPTER is plugged into the unit,
the battery power is bypassed even if the
BATTERY MODE ON/OFF switch is ON and
the adapter is not plugged into a wall outlet.
