TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE SOLUTION
The remote will not
operate the tower.
The batteries are low. Replace the batteries.
The IR sensor is blocked. Make sure there are no
obstacles in between the remote and the tower,
and ensure the speaker grille is mounted in the
correct orientation.
There is a “This accessory
is not made to work with
iPhone” warning on the
iPhone when I dock in
the speaker.
The speaker needs a few seconds to authenticate
the iPhone. Try removing and redocking the
iPhone if the warning does not disappear after
a few seconds.
