Why is the top thread showing on the bobbin side of my Brother Sewing Machine?

If the top thread appears on the bobbin side of the fabric when using your Brother Sewing Machine, it indicates that the upper thread tension is too loose, or the bobbin thread tension is too tight. Try increasing the upper tension. If the top thread continues to show on the bobbin side, reduce the tension of the bobbin thread or bypass the bobbin tension. Also, ensure that you color match the top thread with the bobbin thread.
