Fabric wrinkling with your Brother Sewing Machine can occur due to several reasons: improper threading of the upper thread or incorrect bobbin fitting, improper spool fitting, using an incorrect combination of fabric, thread, and needle, a bent or blunt needle, stitches that are too thick for thin fabric, or incorrect thread tension. Ensure the upper thread is correctly threaded and the bobbin thread is properly wound. Fit the spool properly and choose a thread and needle appropriate for the fabric. Replace the needle if it is bent or blunt. If sewing thin fabric, use a stabilizer, and adjust the upper thread tension.
