Check the frequency response according to the table above.
Input signal 1 kHz corresponding to 94,0 on the Display.
Activate "Reset"
Check the Display reading: 94,0 ± 0, 1.
Activate " Reset" and let the Leq run for exactly 10 s.
Check that the Display reads: 103,9 and is increasing every second the next 10
seconds.
Check that an arrow occurs to the right of the Display.
Notice: This arrow can be removed by removing the jumper "1" near the "Peak
- RMS" switch.
If the above cannot by fulfilled consult item 2230.3 Digital Circuit.
Input signal: 1,05 V, 1kHz.
Check that the Overload indication on the Display does not light.
Increase
the Input voltage to: 1,12 V.
Check that the Overload lights : ± 0,05 V
If not consult 2230.2 Analog Circuit.
Check that all digits and Signs on the Display lights.
Check the Display reading: 94,0 ± 0, 1.
Mount the Preamplifier ZC 0020 and .;, the Microphone Type 4155.
Check by means of a Sound Level Calibrator or a Pistonphone that the calibra-
tion is correct.
If necessary adjust "Sens. Adj. ".
