  If the platform isn't moving as expected, a limit switch might have been accidentally pressed. To fix this, reset the circuit board by waving the back of the remote over the door safety switch. The remote light should turn off and then back on. After resetting, the top button on the remote should move the platform UP and IN.

Charge it before using the lift. 2. The load might be too heavy. Make sure you're not exceeding the lift's maximum capacity of 350 lbs (159 kg). 3. The vehicle could be parked on uneven ground. Move the vehicle to level ground. 4. Extreme temperatures inside the vehicle can affect performance. Start the engine to regulate the temperature.
