  There are several reasons why your Brute Pressure Washer's engine might not start or runs roughly: * The oil level may be low: Fill the crankcase to the proper level. * The air cleaner could be dirty: Clean or replace the air cleaner. * The fuel tank may be empty: Fill the fuel tank. * The fuel may be stale: Drain the fuel tank and fill it with fresh fuel. * The spark plug wire may not be connected: Connect the wire to the spark plug. * The spark plug may be bad: Replace the spark plug. * There may be water in the fuel: Drain the fuel tank and fill it with fresh fuel. * The fuel mixture may be excessively rich: Contact a local service facility.
