BT CD 1500 - Managing VIP Entries

The VIP feature allows you to
store the name and numbers of
your most important callers as
VIPs. This means that when a
VIP calls you the VIP indicator
light will flash until ringing stops.
Also, when a VIP has called
you, their number (and name if
stored) will be indicated in the
VIP

Use the Left/Right
buttons to scroll to the
number you wish to
store in the Directory.
Press and hold the
Select button.
The display will show
ENTER NAME .
Enter the name using
the
Left/Right buttons.
Press and hold the
Select button to confirm.
The display will show
SAVED .
To copy a stored
number from the Calls
List to the Directory
Select
Use the Clear button
to delete digits or press
and hold the Clear
button to delete the
whole number.
To enter digits use the
Left/Right button, this
will overwrite existing
digits. Press the Select
button to confirm any
new digits entered.
When you are happy
with the new number
press
and hold the
Select button.
The display will show
EDIT NAME . Use the
same process as above
to edit the name.
When you are happy
with the new name press
and hold the Select
button. The display will
show SAVED .
