To switch walkie-talkie reception break in
on and off
You can set your Freeway FM handset to
allow other handset users to call you while
you are listening to the radio. Your handset
will automatically switch to walkie-talkie
mode if another handset user tries to
contact you.
While in FM radio mode, press the MODE
button until the FM icon flashes and is
shown on the display.
Press the CHANNEL + or – button to switch
between on and off.
Press the TALK button to confirm.

When using the FM radio the PMR walkie talkie
will not break in unless you have programmed it
to do so.
