Getting Started
· Inserting the Batteries
To use the Caller Display function on this telephone you will need to use 4 x AAA (1.5V)
batteries. Before inserting the batteries please make sure that the telephone line cord is
disconnected.
1. Use a screwdriver or other flat tool to open the battery door underneath the product.
2. Insert the 4 x AAA (1.5V) batteries, making sure that each one is the correct way around.
3. Close the battery compartment door securely and plug in the telephone line cord.
Note: If the Low Battery icon ’
’ appears on the display, the batteries must be replaced to
gain full use of all the product features.
· Language Setting
1. Press and hold the Review s and t buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds.
2. Press the Review
s or t button to scroll through the language options
3. Press the ‘Store’ button to confirm the language selection.
· Contrast Setting
You will be prompted to set the Contrast immediately after you have set the product
‘Language’ setting as above.

2. Press the ‘Store’ button to confirm the contrast selection.
· Time and Date Setting
You will be prompted to set the Time and Date immediately after you have set the product
‘Contrast’ setting as above.

s or t combined with digits from the keypad for the correct time and date.
2. Press the ‘Store’ button to confirm the setting.
· Storing a Number in the One-Touch Memories
When storing numbers in the memory locations, please keep the telephone handset on hook.
1. Press the ‘Store’ button
2. Enter the numbers to be stored, using the keypad
3. Press the ‘Store’ button again
4. Press the memory location button where the number is to be stored (M1 – M7).
· Dialling a Stored Number
1. Pick up the handset or press ‘Monitor’.
2. Press the relevant one-touch memory button (M1-M7)
· Receiving and Storing Calls in the Calls Log
This product has a 99 number Caller Display Log and will store the Number, Time and Date of
your calls.
An ‘X’ will be displayed for Repeat Calls Log Entries.
