ELECTRONIC PRECISION SHIFT
DRIVER MODE SELECTOR
The automatic transmission is electronically
controlled using the shi switches on the center
console. The selected gear position illuminates
in red on the shi switch and is shown on the
instrument cluster.
Park — Press the P switch to shi to Park.
Reverse — Pull the R switch to shi to Reverse.
Neutral — Press and hold the N switch until the
indicator is red to shi to Neutral.
Note: The transmission will not stay in Neutral for an
extended period. It will automatically shi intoPark.
Drive — Pull the D switch to shi to Drive.
Manual Mode — With the transmission in Drive,
press the L (Manual) switch to shi manually. Pull the
le steering wheel paddle to downshi and the right
steering wheel paddle to upshi. Pull the D switch to
return to Drive.
Automated Car Wash Mode
To enter a car wash with the driver in the vehicle: Apply the brake pedal, press and
holdthe N switch to shi to Neutral, turn off the engine (if desired) and then release the
brake pedal.
To enter a car wash with the driver out of the vehicle: Apply the brake pedal, open the
driver’s door, press and hold the N switch to shi to Neutral, turn off the engine
(ifdesired), and then release the brake pedal and exit the vehicle. The vehicle may shi
to Park upon re-entry.

The Driver Mode Selector system automatically
adjusts the steering, suspension, and powertrain
tuning based on the selected mode.
Press the AWD button
F
(A) to send power to all
four wheels. The button indicator will stay on
whenAWD is active.
Press the Mode button
F
(B) to select Sport mode
(for enhanced steering and suspension
performance) or Tow/Haul mode (when towing or
hauling a heavy load). The current mode is displayed on the Driver Information Center.
