Bullard Gorra First Base®
Introduction
The FBBC line of First Base caps provides protection from minor bumps or scrapes to the head. The
FBBC does not provide protection against impact or falling objects and should never be used instead
of an industrial safety helmet.
WARNING
This bump cap is NOT a safety helmet. It is NOT for use as a baseball safety helmet or other sporting
event equipment. Use of this bump cap in place of a safety helmet could result in death or serious
injury.
Adjustment
Adjustment of the First Base cap is similar to any baseball cap. Simply lock the multiholed bar strap to
the pinned strap at the required position (see Figure 1).
An optional foamed disc head spacer is supplied with each First Base cap for additional comfort and
protection. The foam disc is easily fitted to the inside center of the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)
shell by using the self adhesive tape (see Figure 2).
