If you are experiencing cloudy water or low chlorine levels in your BullFrog Hot Tub, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure your water balance is correct; both pH and Total Alkalinity must be within the proper ranges for the FROG @ease System to function effectively. Check the FROG @ease SmartChlor Cartridge and replace it if it's empty. If the cartridge isn't empty, increase the dial setting by one number and monitor chlorine levels over a few days while maintaining water balance. Remember to replace the entire FROG @ease System, including the FROG @ease Mineral Cartridge, every four months.
