What to do if my Bulls Lacuba EVO Lite battery is damaged?

If you notice external damage to your Bulls Bicycle battery, immediately remove it from service. Do not let damaged batteries come into contact with water. If a battery is dropped or struck but appears undamaged, take it out of service and watch it for at least 24 hours. Properly and quickly dispose of faulty batteries, storing them in a dry place away from flammable substances until disposal. Never attempt to open or repair the battery.
