Why is my Bunker Hill Security 67139 camera not recording or displaying?

  There could be a few reasons why your Bunker Hill Security DVR camera isn't recording or displaying. First, check that all wire connections are secure and in the correct location. If the connections are good, access the Main Menu to check the camera and recording settings. Ensure that the channel is ON in both Camera Setup and Record Setup. Adjust the Record Framerate, set the Record Schedule to Normal or Sensor, and configure Sensor Setup for desired recording times. Also, verify the time in Misc. Setup and check if the channel is hidden from view. You can also adjust Image Parameters in Misc. Setup for the clearest image.

  If you cannot access the connected modem on your Bunker Hill Security DVR, first ensure that all connections are secure and plugged into the correct location in the correct order. If the connections are correct, access the Main Menu and go to Network Setup. Verify that IP Allocation is set to DHCP and note the IP Address. Enter this IP Address in the address bar of Internet Explorer and press enter. If your modem does not support DHCP, you will need to get the address information from your internet provider.
