IV. Hitching the Piccolo to Your Bicycle
Be fore attaching the hitch to the Moose Rack, make sure that the underside of the
hitch plate is clean and clear of debris. The safety pin lever and safety pins must slide
freely.
Hitch Attachment:
1. Slide lever to retract safety pins.
2. Set hitch plate on rack & release lever to engage pins.
3. Push knob down & tighten fully.
Knob must be tightened and safety pins engaged before use. If you are unable to
securely tighten the knob or don’t get full engagement of the safety pins, do not use
your trailercycle. See your Burley dealer for repair or replacement of the hitch.
