If the jaws on your Burndy Crimp tool aren't closing when you press the activation trigger, here's what you can check: * Make sure the battery is fully charged. If not, charge it following the instructions in the Battery Charger Instruction Manual. * Ensure the ram release trigger/valve isn't being held open. Press and release it to reset the valve. * If these steps don't work, the pump or activation trigger switch might be damaged, requiring a return to the factory for repair.
