What to do if there is no hot water at the faucet from my Burnham 40A Water Heater?

  If you're not getting any hot water from your Burnham Water Heater, start by checking the main service switch, fused disconnect, and power supply to the circulator. Also, inspect the shaft coupling. For electrical issues, check and replace the fuse, reset the circuit breaker if needed, and ensure the power supply is working. If the boiler, circulator, and tank seem fine, the coil may have a scale coating. Also, make sure to clean or replace the cold water filter or boiler supply strainer if they're clogged. If the boiler isn't working, refer to the boiler installation instructions. Finally, ensure the tank aquastat is properly set.
