³ Use a suitable tool to remove the inner sec-
tion of the screw covers (Fig. 173,1).
³ Remove the screw underneath the cover.
³ Completely remove the lamp holder
(Fig. 173,3). As you do so, pay attention to
the cable connections.
³ Undo the bulb holder’s (Fig. 174,1) bayonet
socket
³ Remove bulb holder from the lamp holder.
³ Remove bulb.
³ Put in a new bulb.
³ Reassemble the rear light in the reverse or-
der.

12.7.3 Side Lights
Contour lamp (Fig. 175,1)
³ Remove housing.
³ Remove bulb.
³ Put in a new bulb.
³ Replace the contour lamp in the reverse or-
der.
Marking lamp (Fig. 175,2)
³ Undo housing screws.
³ Remove housing.
³ Remove bulb.
³ Put in a new bulb.
³ Reassemble the marking lamp in the re-
verse order.
