Why is my Bush Hog 1812 vibrating excessively?

Excessive vibration in your Bush Hog Cutter can stem from several issues. Start by tightening any loose gearbox bolts, blade holder nuts, or blade nuts. Inspect the output shaft for bending and replace it if necessary. Ensure blades swing freely. Check for even wear on blade tips, ensuring the weight difference is within 1 oz. Always replace both blades as a set. Other potential causes include a broken blade (replace in sets), a bent blade carrier (replace the carrier), an improperly seated blade hub (remove, clean tapered spline shaft, and replace), mismatched blades or bolts (replace in sets), drivelines not phased correctly (replace drivelines). Ensure implement and tractor yokes are aligned.
