11.12.1 Hydraulic hose markings
The marking on the fitting (Fig. ) provides the
following information:
(1) Manufacturer’s mark for hydraulic hoses
(A1HF)
(2) Date of manufacture for hydraulic hoses
(07/10 = year/month = October 2007)
(3) Maximum allowable operating pressure
(200 BAR)
11.12.2 Maintenance interval
After the initial 10 hours of operation and thereafter every 50
hours of operation:
1. Check all hydraulic system components for leakage.
2. Tighten screws as needed.
Prior to each startup:
1. Monitor the hydraulic hoses for visible flaws.
2. Remove abrasion marks from hydraulic hose connections and
tubes.
3. Promptly replace worn out or damaged hydraulic hose
connections.
