If your Byocycles Bicycle seems to have a short range even after a full battery charge, a few factors could be at play. The battery might be damaged, or there could be an issue with the charger, in which case you should contact a ByoCycle specialist. Also, low tire pressure can significantly impact range, so try re-inflating the tires to a higher pressure. Finally, frequent riding up hills, stop/start conditions, strong winds, or overloading can drain the battery quickly. To mitigate this, try using the throttle less, selecting a lower pedal assist setting, and pedaling from a standstill, as this consumes the most power.
