Why does my Byocycles Bicycle have a short range after full battery charge?

  If your Byocycles Bicycle's battery is damaged, or the charger has an issue, it may result in a short range even after a full charge. Also, maintaining proper tire pressure is important; if the pressure is low, re-inflate the tires. Riding uphill frequently, using high assist levels, or overloading the bicycle can also reduce the range. Try changing the pedal assist setting and pedal away from a standstill.
