Notes on Dedicated TTL Flashes
Cactus V4 does not transmit TTL information.
Some dedicated ashes (e.g. Nissin Di-622, Di-466) are triggered via
system-specic pins instead of the central contact of the hot shoe. Cactus
V4 trigger does not work with these ash models. To check whether your
dedicated ash units are compatible with Cactus V4, try attaching them to
a camera of other brand (e.g. attaching a Nikon TTL ash to a Canon DSLR
camera). If the ash can be triggered, it will work with Cactus V4.
Turn o the slave mode or wireless mode of
your flash unit and try again.
Switch both transmitter and receiver to a
dierent channel.
Move your setup to some other area to refrain
from RF interference.
