Why does my Cafe CTD70DP Oven sometimes take longer to preheat?
    • J
      Jessica BerryAug 28, 2025
If your Cafe Oven sometimes takes longer to preheat to the same temperature, it could be due to cookware or food in the oven. Remove items to reduce preheat time. Adding more racks to the oven will cause the oven to take longer to preheat, so remove some racks. Different cooking modes use different preheat methods to heat the oven for the specific cooking mode, and some modes will take longer than others.

Why is food not broiling properly in my Cafe CTD70DP?
    • S
      Sheri TylerSep 4, 2025
If food does not broil properly in your Cafe Oven, make sure you select the appropriate broil mode and use the proper rack position. Ensure that the food is not being cooked in a hot pan and that you are using cookware suited for broiling. If using aluminum foil on the broiling pan and grid, ensure it has been fitted properly and slit as recommended. In some areas with low power (voltage), preheat the broil element for 10 minutes.
