4. Adjustments for the cup/mug height
The machine can be adjusted for the use of
mugs or espresso cups.
4.1 The appliance is initially set for the use of
large cups or mugs.
4.2 In order to use espresso cups, you must li
and turn the grill on top of the drip tray.
4.3 The grill must be positoned over the drip
tray turned.
4.4 In this way you can obtain the best results
when using small espresso cups.
5. Brewing co ee
Warning! Before you start brewing, make sure
the used capsule bin is not full.
5.1 Raise the lever to open the capsule
compartment.
5.2 Insert the capsule, pressing it gently into
place.
5.3 Close the lever rmly.
5.4 Place a cup or mug under the co ee
dispensing spout (see chapter 4).
Press the desired co ee
button only once.
5.5 A Espresso
5.5 B Lungo
5.5 C Filter co ee
5.6 The selected co ee button will blink. The
appliance will stop dispensing on reaching the
programmed quantity and then emits a beep.
5.7 Raise the lever to eject the used capsule
into the bin.
5.8 Close the lever.
NOTE:
The quantities of co ee dispensed can be
reprogrammed according to personal taste and the
size of the cups/mugs used. Please refer to chapter
4 and 7 for reprogramming instructions.
