  If the hot water flow rate is insufficient, check if: * The domestic water system shut-off valves are partially or completely closed; if so, open the valves. * For other potential causes such as a clogged HIU strainer, insufficient centralised domestic circuit cold water flow rate, no cold water in centralised domestic circuit, or a completely clogged HIU strainer, it is recommended to call qualified personnel to have it serviced.

  If the hot water temperature is too high, consider the following: * Decrease the domestic water cycle temperature set point. * Restore the correct connection if the DHW temperature probe cable is inverted with the heating probe. * For other potential causes such as a faulty modulating valve actuator, a valve obturator blocked in intermediate or open position, a non-working electronic controller, or excessive pressure in the primary circuit, it is recommended to call qualified personnel to have it replaced or serviced. If there is excessive pressure in the primary circuit, contact the person in charge of the system.
