Initial Use and Care Instructions

Stovetop Use

Safe for use on gas, electric, electric coil, halogen and glass cook tops.

Cooking Techniques and Oven Use

Preheating Guidelines

Preheat the pan using the heat setting you intend to use when cooking, before adding butter or oil.

Butter or Oil Usage

Use the 'butter test' to determine whether your pan is hot enough for sautéing. Allow the oil or butter to heat for a minute before adding food.

Oven and Broiler Safety

Cookware is oven safe to 500°F. Tempered glass covers are oven safe to 450°F. Use caution and oven mitts.

Handle Safety

Use caution when cooking on stovetop or in oven. Handles can get hot due to high temperatures and long cooking times.

Approved Utensils

Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons, whisks, nylon, silicone, coated or wooden utensils.

Maintenance and Storage

Nonstick Surface Care

Avoid mixing or releasing foods that can damage the nonstick surface. Superficial marks from utensils are normal.

Cooking Tips

Remove food from refrigerator 10 minutes before cooking. Ice-cold food is more likely to stick to a hot pan.

Cleaning and Washing Instructions

Allow pans to cool completely before washing. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water. Use specific detergents and non-abrasive sponges.

Storage Recommendations

Hang pans on a pot rack or store flat. Do not nest pans or place lids between them to avoid damage.
