E01 Heater malfunction Turn o unit, unplug, wait 30 secinds before plugging
back in.
E02 Thermal controller
malfunction
Turn o unit, unplug, wait 30 secinds before plugging
back in.
E03 Oven temperature overheat Unplug unit & allow to cool before plugging back in.
E05 Cooling fan malfunction Unplug unit & allow to cool before plugging back in.
If any errors repeat after taking the troubleshooting steps, please unplug the unit and call customer
service. Please be ready to provide the error code and model number (located on the back of the unit).
