NOTE: Before carrying out any maintenance and/or cleaning, always remove the
power plug from the AC wall power outlet and turn off the water tap.
Observation / Fault Recommended Solution
Unable to operate
Check power
supply
Check power plug is connected
properly
Check water tap is turned on
Check if time delay setting is ON
Check if the top cover is closed
properly
Check if drain hose is installed
properly
Selected program unable to start
Check if Child Lock or
Time Delay
setting is ON
Restart the washing machine
Water tap leakage
Check if the inlet water pipe joint
size fits the tap
Check inlet water pipe joint and
water hose are
tightened
properly
Water drains when filling
Check if there are any
foreign
objects causing obstruction at the
drain valve
Abnormal noise
Check if washing machine
installation is stable
Check if there are any foreign
objects in the tub
Check if the filter cover is not
installed properly
Clothes are not washed properly
Check washing load is not above the
washing capacity
Check washing detergent and water
level is enough for washing load
Clothes are not rinsed dry
Clothes are not put properly
in the
tub for rinse. Washing machine will
auto adjust and start rinse again. If
fail after 2 repeat cycles, alarm will
sound,
and rinse operation will stop
Top cover is open during rinse
operation
Do not open top cover during rinse
cycle. Alarm will sound and error
code E3 display
