HOW TO ASSEMBLE
A - Straighten the handle.
B - Align both holes by
rotating the board cam.

Use supplied hex key to
securely tighten the screw.

Insert flathead screw from
the bottom of board cam.

Summary

How to Assemble the CAMO LEVER

Assemble Handle and Cam

Straighten the handle and align holes by rotating the board cam for proper assembly.

Secure Cam Assembly

Insert flathead screw from the bottom of the board cam and tighten it.

Final Tightening

Use the supplied hex key to securely tighten the screw, completing the assembly.

CAMO LEVER: Lock-in Grooved Boards & Clips

Set Joist Type and Width

Select joist material and adjust stop block for correct joist width.

Position and Lock LEVER

Place LEVER on joist, tighten cam with Pivot Pin, ready for fastening.

Apply Pressure and Fasten

Move handle towards deck board; leave LEVER until all clips are fastened.

Release and Remove LEVER

Move handle away from deck board to release pressure, then loosen cam and remove.

CAMO LEVER: Straighten Warped Boards

Set Joist Type and Width for Warped Boards

Select joist material and adjust stop block for correct joist width.

Position LEVER and Begin Bending

Place LEVER on joist, tighten cam, and apply pressure to start bending.

Close Gap and Fasten Board

Keep turning until board is positioned, leave LEVER until fastening is complete.

Release and Remove LEVER

Move handle away from deck board to release pressure, then loosen cam and remove.
