Why is my Camozzi Controller beeping loudly?
    • J
      Jordan OsborneAug 21, 2025
A loud beep indicates potential issues that could reduce the lifespan of the controller. This could be due to a leakage rate exceeding the maximum flow rate, or air beyond the relief performance flowing into the secondary piping. Examine your operation method. It may also occur if power is supplied and input signals are sent without primary pressure; ensure primary pressure is supplied when powering on and setting the input signal. The input signal setting may also be higher than the primary pressure, so ensure the primary pressure is at least at the minimum operating pressure. Finally, the primary pressure may have fallen below the minimum operating pressure, so ensure it is adequately supplied.

How to fix unstable pressure in Camozzi ER100?
    • L
      Lisa PriceAug 25, 2025
Unstable pressure can stem from several causes. The source voltage may be unstable, so use a stabilized power supply matching the product's specifications. The input signal could also be unstable; check for noise and connect the shield to the power supply ground. An unstable primary pressure is another possibility; install a regulator in the primary circuit. Finally, check for leaks in the primary and secondary piping.

Why does my Camozzi ER100 display excessive pressure?
    • D
      Darrell MartinezAug 26, 2025
An excessive pressure display can be caused by a few things. First, there might be insufficient supply pressure; ensure the primary air supply meets at least the minimum operating pressure. Second, there could be leakage from the secondary piping; check the piping for leaks. Finally, it could be a failure of the pressure sensor, requiring the product to be replaced. Also, check if routing from another piping causes an excessive pressure in the secondary circuit.

What to do if the setting on my Camozzi ER100 Controller does not change?
    • N
      Nicole CastroAug 28, 2025
If the setting does not change, the keys may be locked, especially right after powering on. Unlock the keys to change settings. It could also be due to a broken operation key, requiring the product's replacement.

Why does my Camozzi ER100 Controller output pressure even after it's turned off?
    • A
      Ashley ThomasAug 30, 2025
This issue may occur if the zero point was adjusted high during zero/span adjustment; in this case, the set pressure is output even after the power is turned off. If atmospheric pressure is needed, install a 3/2-way valve in the secondary circuit. It can also happen if the power is turned off while the input signal remains supplied; turn the power on and reduce the input signal to 0%. Another reason could be if the product is left off for a long time while primary pressure is supplied; release the primary pressure to zero or turn the power on and reduce the input signal to 0%. Finally, it may be caused by failure of ER; check the piping and wiring for faults and replace the product.

What causes pulsating pressure in my Camozzi ER100 Controller?
    • B
      banksshelbySep 1, 2025
Pulsating pressure can occur if the supply pressure is too high compared to the control pressure; ensure the primary pressure is at least at the minimum operating pressure while lowering it as far as possible. It can also result from a mismatch in secondary piping volume, leakage, or dirt entry; modify the piping condition, examine the piping diameter, load volume, and check for leaks in the secondary circuit.

Why is there no pressure output from my Camozzi Controller?
    • M
      maxwell73Sep 3, 2025
If there's no pressure output, first check if the primary pressure is supplied. Also, check the wiring again and ensure connectors are securely connected.

Why is the supply pressure output without change on my Camozzi Controller?
    • G
      Gilbert AverySep 5, 2025
The issue of supply pressure being output without change is due to failure of ER. Check the piping and wiring for faults and replace the product.

Why doesn't the pressure rise to the setting on my Camozzi ER100?
    • M
      melissa90Sep 7, 2025
If the pressure does not rise to the setting, it could be due to low supply pressure. Ensure the primary pressure supplied is at least at the minimum operating pressure.

What causes the pressure to be out of control in my Camozzi ER100?
    • S
      sarah65Sep 9, 2025
If the pressure is out of control, it could be due to an error in the input signal. For analog types, check if the common of input signals is connected to the ground of the power supply. For parallel types, re-examine the relationship between the input bit and wiring. It may also be a failure of the pressure sensor, requiring the product to be replaced. Also, check if routing from another piping causes an excessive pressure in the secondary circuit.
